KTL Volunteer teams
Volunteer teams come from all over the world: China, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, etc. Among them, the largest number of volunteers come from China, mostly college students.

First of all, KTL sends representatives to visit its suppliers and environmental protection groups around the world every year in order to understand the extent of manufacturers’awareness of the impact of their products on the environment. All suppliers are required to submit an "Environmental Policy Book" to show that they are reliable environmental-friendly products. After-sales commitments are as follows:From the date of the sale of the product (or the date of the invoice for the purchase) within one year, the company will provide three packages of service (warranty, refund and replacement) free of charge to customers for quality problems caused by product design, manufacturing and transportation, but the following circumstances are not within the scope of the three packages:
- The product can not be used properly because of user's order error.
- Unauthorized maintenance by users without the company's consent;
- Failure to maintain as required;
- Faults caused by improper operation or expansion of faults caused by diseased work;
- Any damage caused by force majeure.
Except for maintenance costs and damaged parts, the company will not accept compensation for any joint and several losses caused by product failure. After receiving complaints from customers, when on-site service is required, such as in this city, technical service personnel will arrive 24 hours, 48 hours in the province, and in the rest of the provinces, the personnel will arrive no more than 72 hours (ask for forgiveness if time is delayed due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors), except in case of emergency. When customers ship products to our company for maintenance, try to let customers return on that day. The company will charge the best price for spare parts and services when it needs services for products beyond one year's warranty period or three outsourcing (such as commissioned services or product failure due to customer reasons).
