The first self-adjusting polyurethane sweeper is a renewal product of the existing alloy sweeper on belt conveyor. Its scraper is made of imported polymer modified material. It is suitable for material cleaning of high-speed belt on unloading drum of conveyor.

Sweeping blade is made of special polyurethane, which has flame retardant, antistatic, high wear resistance, high elasticity, strong acid resistance, low friction coefficient, no harm to conveyor belt, long service life.

The blade of the super-heavy sweeper increases greatly in height and thickness compared with that of the heavy sweeper.

The blade compensation can be adjusted according to the wear degree of the blade.

The blade is made of polyether, which is 50% higher than that of ordinary polyurethane, and its molecular weight is more than 9 million.

The buffer system is divided into first buffer and second buffer, which improves the buffer effect of the rack and prolongs the service life of the sweeper.
